The following is our Return, Refund and Exchange policy:

  1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, item/products must be purchased from ‘easylivin.org’ and be defective. Items/products should be returned to us before we can arrange for refund or exchange. Please note that most items/products on our site are made-on-demand, which means that the products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
  2. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer an exchange or a refund for item/products. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery (10 days for the Supplements). Please get in touch with us using our email and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please clearly indicate if you are seeking a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  3. Damaged Supplements are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. Upon receiving and confirming damaged supplements product, we will issue refund (shipping costs excluded).
  4. Return Process: Please contact us at info@easylivin.org and state the reason for return. Please provide pictures of damaged item/product. We will email you return code. The return code should be included with the return. Once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed, we will issue the refund or notify you of the exchange.
  5. In case where an order is lost in transit due to invalid address, a refund of the product price will be issued.
  6. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
