Glazed Bacon
If you've been following me, you know I love (((BACON))), Ha!
glazing bacon is actually pretty easy and can update any meal.
Here are 3 dishes you can try out, using glazed bacon

Directions for glazing bacon:
Preheat oven to 375*
line a cookie sheet with foil, spray lightly with nonstick
put about 1 cup brown sugar in bowl
use 1/2 Lb bacon , dip strips in brown sugar
Then lay on cookie sheet,
of foil and bake for 18-20 mins. Thats It!
TIP: to drain use a brown paper bag, will stick to paper towels
Because of glazing. It will stick to brown paper too but brown paper holds up better.
1. GLAZED BACON BRUSSELS -
Simply, instead of laying on a cookie sheet wrap each Brussel
in a uncooked glazed bacon strip and cook for 20-25 at 375* in
preheated oven.

2. GLAZED BACON MEATLOAF
Prepare the meatloaf into a Loaf, then cut the loaf in half
add a layer of uncooked Glazed Bacon. Then seal loaf back
together. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes, then remove from
oven, generously add uncooked glazed bacon as topping and bake for 20-25 minutes more.

Yvonne's Meatloaf
1 - 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
1 roll of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
1 pack of crushed Salitines
Usually ketchup as a topping. But for glazed bacon meatloaf omit ketchup.

TIP: open meat, break up with a fork, place in a bowl, cover with paper
towel and leave on counter for 1 hour, the meat will be warmer and
wont make hands cold while forming the loaf.
3. GLAZED BACON WRAPPED SAUSAGE-
Simply wrap your Uncooked Glazed Bacon Strip on a hot dog
or sausage and cook place on a bun and eat.

As an added bonus you can take a BLT to the next level by using
glazed bacon. Yummy! The Glazed Bacon Brussels would not only make a great side but a great Horderve for a party. My kids eat brussels when they are covered with sweetened bacon. They loved all three of these recipes.
Keep it Easy!
